The Brazilian Room

Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm–3:45pm for 4pm ceremony! Drinks, dinner, dessert, dancing to follow!!
There is free parking onsite – 36 parking spots (including 2 ADA) at the Brazilian Room and an additional 36 parking spots along Wildcat Canyon Road. Ride shares (Lyft/Uber) also go up the Brazilian Room!
Please note that there is no phone service once you get up to the Brazilian Room. That's right, you are being held hostage. Luckily there is wifi, so if you absolutely need to call for help, you will be able to. Wifi signs will be posted all over for when you arrive!
Attire: The best guidance we can give is to wear whatever makes you feel celebratory. If we were to attend our own wedding, here are some of the options we would consider...

Please join for whatever games interest you! No pressure whatsoever to compete in everything or anything. Our dream is that folks spend an afternoon in Golden Gate Park in whatever way suits them–lounging on a picnic blanket, going for a run, exploring the GGP botanic gardens and stopping by for food, setting up a volleyball net (can someone bring this), competing in every game possible, etc...
Drinks and food will be around throughout the day! If you are local, we would love if you could bring any blankets, chairs, or other picnic items that you are okay sharing for the day.

Where should I stay?
If you’re traveling from out of town, first of all, thank you for coming!! We recommend staying in Berkeley or Oakland, for better Airbnb/lodging options and a shorter commute on the actual wedding day evening. Please’t hesitate to text us if you have any questions about where to stay. We would love to help!
What airport should I fly into?
SFO or OAK are both good options and accessible by public transit.
Are there Sunday commitments?
No Sunday commitments! However, SF and the bay are amazing places to spend a day… we'll send out some info on our favorite things to do and places to eat if you plan on spending some time in the area!
